Get in the Solar business
Bauer Power is currently expanding its solar sales professionals base in our Michigan and Illinois offices.
This is a fantastic opportunity to learn the Solar industry while receiving a income from sales commissions. Hours are determined by
the sales person and their desire to succeed financially. If you have not done outside sales, or posses strong desire to do sales, please
do not apply. Sales of solar and wind energy require a strong sales background and dedicated regular working hours at making your
sales goals. Not hitting targets will mean less income and possible termination, make your sales goals and make a good living!
Professionalism will be required of all candidates to be considered for this incredible once in a life time chance! Past renewable energy
sales experience is not required, but is a plus!
Requirements
Ideal candidates would have at least three years outside (in home) sales experience, posses great customer service skills, ability to ask
for the sale. Ideal candidates would also have experience in the construction industry or similar experiences. Candidates must enjoy
talking on the telephone, can travel in the Mid-west region, have good reliable transportation and enjoy working within a small business
climate. Sales candidates will have the ability to move up in the company filling upper management salary positions in the company as
they become available and the candidates past work performance dictates it. Sales staff should be able to work off hours in order to meet
with clients at times that are convenient to the customer.
This position requires all candidates to complete a three day training class. This very focused three day class will teach you all the
necessary knowledge you'll need to sell solar, plus you will be trained on all the equipment needed to do a good site survey. Bauer Power
also has a lead program available if you wish to sell to pre-qualified customers!
All Bauer Power sales professionals will have access to our WEB based survey tools, so you can upload and retrieve your proposals 24/7,
no matter where you are! As fast and as hard as you want to work, is all up to you now! Bauer Power makes it easy to be a solar
professional, without having to make all that investment!
